Terms of service
The rules for using this website. Not the terms of any work we do for you – those live in the contract.
What this page is
These are the terms for using uareux.com. Reading the site means accepting them.
UareUx is Tanya Donska and Iryna Baranova. You can reach us at [email protected].
What it isn’t
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written contract. Scope, timeline, payment, who owns the output, confidentiality – all of it is agreed and signed before a project starts, and none of it is on this page.
Nothing here is an offer or a quote. A page describing a service describes it; it does not commit us to providing it, or to providing it on any particular terms.
The content
The writing, design, code and images on this site are ours, except where they aren’t.
Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients. Case studies describe work as it stood when it was published, and we don’t go back and revise them as products change.
What you can do with it
Read it. Quote from it with attribution. Link to it. Send it to a colleague.
What you can’t
Republish substantial parts of it as your own. Present our work as yours. Harvest the site with automated tools, scrape it at volume, or feed it to a model without asking first.
If you want to use something and aren’t sure which side of that line it falls on, email and ask. The answer is usually yes.
Accuracy
We write the blog carefully and still get things wrong. Articles say what we thought when we published them, and we don’t revisit every one when the world moves on.
None of it is advice for your specific situation. Reading a piece about onboarding is not the same as someone looking at yours.
Links out
We link to other people’s sites where it’s useful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what’s on them. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything at the other end of it.
Availability and liability
We don’t promise the site will always be up, fast, or free of mistakes. It’s a website.
So far as the law allows, we’re not liable for loss arising from using this site or relying on what’s published here. That limit doesn’t apply – and can’t – to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Your data
Set out separately in our privacy policy.
Changes
We update this page when the site changes. The version here is the current one, dated at the top. If we’re already working together, nothing on this page changes your contract.
